The standard (stock) screen for the F800GS is 25.4 cm high, while the standard factory fitted screen for the F650GS Twin is a mere 17.78 cm. The VStream® screens are significantly higher.

The touring version of the new F800GS/F650GS VStream® windscreens are available in three sizes:

• Low (37.8cm high);
• Medium (45.7cm high); and
• Tall (50.8cm high).

To add an aggressive, sporty appearance to your new F800GS/F650GS, you can add the WZ2432 VStream® dark tinted sport screen. At 30.5cm it is still 17.28cm higher than the standard F650GS Twin screen and 5.1cm higher than the standard F800GS screen.

It is recommended that you fit mirror extenders (see product information below) when you fit the low, medium or tall touring screen to your F800GS/F650GS Twin. The extenders ensure that your mirrors do not touch your new bigger screen when your handlebars are in full-lock position.

Install the mirror extenders to give yourself a better view of the road and the vehicles behind you! The ZTechnik® Mirror Extenders move your bike's mirrors out an additional 5.2cm on each side, allowing you to see more easily past your shoulders, your passenger and your gear.

Most other extenders on the market only add approximately 3.5cm or less on each side.

It is recommended that you fit the mirror extenders when you install a bigger/higher screen, to ensure that your mirrors do not touch the screen when your handlebars are in full-lock position.

Installing the mirror extenders is a quick 5-minute Do-It-Yourself upgrade that you'll appreciate.

Made of laser cut 3-gauge (0.635cm) steel, it mounts into existing mirror holes. Holes are pre-tapped for new mirror location. All the necessary hardware is included.
